Also, if you have any questions about anything else related to the photos, I will answer it to the best of my ability. I am paying for the shipping and will ship them in a secure package that fits what is being sent. DVDs will have a case. The SD cards and flash drives will be protected reasonably and sent in a hard package.
These photos are from my grandfather Charles Hanselman's personal collection (seen in the truck in the first photo). He was a quartermaster (supply truck driver) in the U.S. Army during World War II stationed over in Europe during the later part of World War 2 in Quartermaster Truck Company 3621. During his time there, he reported he ran supplies in England, France, Germany, and Italy to the United States troops. I believe in looking through the photos that he and his fellow quartermasters took photos of their time overseas, and these photos were shared between them. Some are smaller photos around 2.5x3.25 inches in size. Others were larger around 3x4.75 inches. However, since they are scanned in or photographed, they would be full sized on your screen and can be zoomed in or out.
All the main photos have been scanned in and separated individually, totaling between 500-600. I have also included photos of items he brought back from Europe - weapons, a stamp collection, a Reich Youth belt buckle, perfume bottles, post cards, his lighter, uniform, etc. There are also documents from his time in World War II and his and his wife's obituary included. Many of the primary items have sold on , but these are the copies I have made of each.
I have these photos (approximately 1.6 GB in total size) on burnable DVDs (4.7 GB, 5 of them available), flash drives (2 GB - 5 of them, and SD cards (16 GB, 10 of them available.) If you have a preference, please let me know as will not allow me to make variations in this category. I will use SD cards until they are out as the default method as they are the ones I currently have the most at home, so again, please let me know by messaging me if you want to have something different.
