Stainless housing on a four-hole rectangular mounting flange with a right-angle threaded connector boss at the top. This family of velocity pickups senses turbine engine vibration and feeds a cockpit vibration indicator.

All markings are stamped directly into the body rather than on a label, so they stay readable. No paperwork or date stamp comes with it.
