SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Shipping quotes are based on the actual published ratescurrently charged by FedEx. We meet or exceed shipping set guidelines standardsof overall item weight, and proper packing materials. COMBINE SHIPPING

We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases in order tosave our customers a great deal of money. The process of combining shipmentscan be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell(which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). We have developed a generalsystem that usually works to everyone's satisfaction. After you win multiplesales you will be allowed to combine your items automatically through ourcheck out system which will be e-mailed to you after a purchase or salewinning.

LOCAL PICK UP

Customers may pick their merchandise up locally to save onshipping fees, however, handling fees still apply. Local Pick Up customers musthave completed the checkout process prior to arriving at the facility. Nonpaymentwill be accepted at our warehouse. All local pick up customers will also berequired to present a valid form of ID (driver’s license or credit card) withthe identical name that appears on their account. Customers will also berequired to sign for product before leaving the facility. Local pick up hoursare Monday through Friday 10am to 4 pm

PAYMENT

Payment for all items are due within 48 hours of thepurchase/sales ending date as per compliance. We send an e-mailreminder each night with a check out link until payment is made. Nonpayingbuyers/buyers will be automatically handled by after 48 hours. Negative response will also be left.

REFUND POLICY GENERAL

Please remember that we sell items in various condition,from brand new and factory sealed to severely damaged and parts only. Pleasemake sure you always read the condition of each item prior to buying/offerding.

We have 5 types of refunds. All refund claims must be madewithin 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing .Withthe exception of a missing item all refunds will require a return authorizationnumber (RMA) issued by us and the item must be shipped back to us for inspectionand processing. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to us willresult in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties (seebelow for details). All returned items must be sent through the mail (UPS, DHL,Fed-X or Postal Service) and may NOT be dropped off in person. Anyreimbursements by us will be made via the payment method chosen by the customerwhen the item was purchased (i.e.: if you paid with your Visa Card you will berefunded on your Visa Card). Please note that refunds take up to 7 days to postto your account and may not be visible until your next month’s billingstatement.

REFUND MISSING ITEM

In the event that we are missing, or we lose the saleitem, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shippingcosts (to and from the customer if applicable) and packing/handling feesrelated to that item. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receiptof product and all requests must be in writing

REFUND INCORRECT ITEM

In the event that a customer receives an item different thanthe item that appeared at sale, the customer will be fully refunded for thatitem including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to thatitem as well as return shipping costs. In order to receive this refund, thecustomer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the samecondition that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 7 daysfrom receipt of product and all requests must be in writing.

REFUND SHIPPING DAMAGE

We sell items in various conditions from new to damaged. Inthe event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated in the listing,the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning offer, plus all shippingcosts and packing/handling fees related to that item up to the amount ofinsurance purchased on the package. In order to receive this refund, thecustomer must contact us for an RMA number and mail the item back in the samecondition and in the same original packaging that it was received. All refundclaims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests mustbe in writing.

REFUND BUYERS REMORSE

If a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason whichis not mentioned above, the customer must contact us for an RMA number (ReturnMerchandise Authorization) and mail the item back in the same condition that itwas received. We will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 20%or$5 restocking fee (whichever is higher). We will NOT refund any shipping,packing or handling fees. All refunds must be sent by mail, to confirm receipt,and may not be delivered in person.

REFUND UNAUTHORIZED RETURN

In the event that we receive any item that does not containan RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and to the extent that we canidentify the item, we will refund the full purchase price for the item minusa30% restocking fee. We will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees.
