Item is a new electronic ballast for the light in the Budweiser Clydesdale Parade Carousel. This item replaces the original tar ballast and the starter mechanism. It allows more clearance for the switch and meets the mounting specs of the original. Your carousel will need to be rewired when eliminating the starter switch. If you don't know how get professional help. (you will have to drill out one of the bulb clips to remove the old ballast. then rivet it back into place) see photo's of replacement ballast
