You are looking at a "1974 NASA PRESSURE RATIO TRANSDUCER, ME 449-0124-0002 SEALED." The Transducer is in new condition. The item does not appear to have any visible signs of shelf wear or damage as it remains factory sealed. The box measures approximately 15 1/2" x 6 1/2".

There is more than one available for this item, of the last two pictures, there is one item with a brown bottom for the packaging. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE BOTH ITEMS UNLESS YOU BUY THEM.
