VINTAGE National Semiconductor MA1003 Fluorescent Automotive Clock & Case 12VDC. This 1980's clock module was never assembled or used. The wiring diagram shows the connection to the battery, the ignition switch and panel lights, so that the intensity of the numbers tracks the setting of the dash lights. Clearly labeled pads on the PCB show connections for hour, minute, and display on/off switches (included). The edge connector connects to the automobile wiring. It was wired up and runs as expected as shown in the photo. The case was specifically made for this clock module and I think I bought both from the local Radio Shack store.
