Cosmetic ConditionThe microscope is in fair cosmetic condition, but has some missing and damaged parts. It has some light scuff marks, scratches, and general wear in places from use. The focus controls appear to have been modified significantly. There is aregular screw in place ofthe original thumbscrew where a head unit mounts. The base is missing two feet, and doesnot sit flat on a surface.Please see the photos for more detail.

The microscope is missinga head unit. There may be other missing parts that we are not aware of. No other parts or accessories other than what is shown in the photos will be included.TestingWe tested the microscope by plugging it in and powering it on. The microscope powers on, but only the top light source/diffuser unit is working. The lower one does not. We were able to see the beam reflect into the part of the body where a head unit connects. Most of the knobs on the microscope seem to work, or at least rotate smoothly, other than the focus controls. The focus knob has been replaced by a plastic block, which while seems to rotate, is not ideal.

This is the full extent of the testing performed. We do not have the experience or equipment necessary to fully test the microscope. Due to its condition, we are selling the microscope as-is for parts or repair only.
