PayPal is the preferred payment method. I generally am willing to wait a couple of days if needed for payment, but I appreciate on-the-spot payment since it allows me to create a shipping label and ship the item faster. If you need to delay payment, please do not hesitate in writing me. I am a flexible person who loves to work with his customers to make sure everyone is happy in the end.
In general, I ship items well-wrapped in bubble wrap and use boxes when necessary in order to ship your items safely. I typically need 1-2 business days in order to make sure the item is neatly packaged. I ship on Saturday mornings as well via USPS, but Fedex doesn't ship items they receive of Saturdays until Monday evening. I try to keep my shipping free, but on the rare occasion you will see the shipping cost added--particularly on bulkier items. I am empathetic toward the fact that paying shipping fees is unpleasing, so I try to build it into the cost of the items themselves. Thus, what you see with my items are shipping+price built in together.
As with all industries, I realize that sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out or something doesn't fit. I offer free returns after 60 days on all of my purchases for that reason. If there are any issues with any purchase, I hope you will get in touch with me before leaving response. I always send a follow-up email after I see the item has been shipped to you, so feel free to respond to it.
