    All items are shipped from Lincoln, Nebraska. We have an experienced Shipping Department that operates from Monday through Friday. Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days after payment clears. Most orders placed during the week are shipped within 1 business day. We will send shipping notification when your order has shipped. If your payment has cleared and you do not get a shipping notification within 2 business days please let us know. We use the following shipping methods for our orders: UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail

    A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. All returns must be shipped back at the buyers expense with all original parts, manuals and accessories.

Our surplus products come from manufacturer overstocks, design changes or corporate sales. Quantities of surplus items are limited; once we sell out we cannot order more. We support all of our surplus items with a 90 day warranty.

    We use the following product classifications to describe our items:

    New - Excess inventory that is new and unused.

    New Takeoffs - Removed from UNUSED machinery.

    Used - Equipment that was in use when we bought it. These items are in good working condition.

    Brand New Products - In addition to our surplus items, we also stock products from major manufacturers to keep the products that you need on hand. We classify these products as Brand New. They include the manufacturer's warranty.
