[edit] Format change

I recently changed the formatting of the list as each carrier had three seperate entries (location, network, and alphabetical). Becoming too difficult to maintain. The new formatting will reduce each carrier to only one entry. In addition once the wiki software is upgraded the list should be sortable. --d_fisher 10:33, 18 May 2007 (EDT)
