hi after investing 2 new batteries that just lasted 1 day of 15 minutes usage. after reinstalling the the main software batteries start lasting 4 to 5 days i thing the main software getting corrupted well i had to give you my experience good luck

i cannot connect 8500 to windows 7 using usb cable, though i have uploaded latest blacberry software. please help
