If you are unable to sync your BB with MS Outlook
The Problem:
- BlackBerry smartphone users who have Microsoft Outlook 2000 installed on their computers are unable to select Microsoft Outlook from the list of programs for synchronization. Support for Microsoft Outlook 2000 has been removed in BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.3.

Solution
- Downgrade your Desktop Manager to Version 4.2, Service Pack 2
or
- Keep DM 4.3, and upgrade your Outlook to version 2002, 2003 or 2007.
